Spare Parts with an Auction Vehicle: Request a Separate Cargo Decision
Loose parts do not become accepted ocean cargo because they fit inside a car. Give FleetX an inventory before planning a Copart or IAA shipment, distinguishing fitted components from additional cargo and items detached by damage.

Describe each item and its condition
List quantity, dimensions, weight if known, packaging and whether fluids or batteries are involved. Attach photographs that show what needs handling. Ask qualified personnel about unidentified or damaged components; do not label potentially restricted material as ordinary spare parts simply to avoid an acceptance question.
Obtain the proposed cargo arrangement
Ask FleetX and the proposed handler whether parts are accepted with the vehicle, require separate packing or need another cargo service. Operator instructions can distinguish permitted items and prohibited contents. Record the applicable decision rather than interpreting a general used-vehicle guide as universal approval or assuming carriage is free.
Carry the inventory through arrival
Agree how approved items are recorded, secured and checked at receiving. Ask the destination specialist about declaration and import treatment separately from the vehicle. Keep parts costs, transport charges and protection scope visible in the budget, and notify FleetX if the inventory changes before collection or ocean preparation.
