Auction Vehicle Keys and Access: Describe the Loading Constraints

Before FleetX arranges ground and ocean movement for an auction vehicle, state what can actually be accessed and operated. Missing keys or locked steering change the questions a qualified handler must answer; they are not a request for the buyer to bypass a lock.

Report observations separately

Confirm whether keys are present, doors can be opened and the steering can move; mark each unknown. Ask the auction what was observed recently rather than converting a listing icon into a current fact. Tell FleetX if access to the vehicle identity or interior has not been confirmed.

Ask qualified handlers for the method

Send the access limitations and loading condition to the carrier assessment. Ask what equipment or qualified assistance is needed and whether the collection site permits it. Do not break into the vehicle, energize damaged systems or improvise steering changes to make an appointment; unresolved access belongs in the transport decision.

Carry the constraint into the ocean plan

Ask whether the proposed ocean method has additional access or handling requirements. Keep key count and custody on the handoff record, including any change discovered during collection. A truck accepting a locked vehicle does not automatically mean the terminal, ocean operator or final receiver can handle it in the same way.
