Copart Vehicle Shipping: From Auction Yard to Final Destination

Bought at Copart and need the vehicle delivered overseas? Fleet X Direct helps buyers plan ground and ocean transport from the auction to the final destination. Start with the collection location and the actual vehicle, then define which legs belong in your quote.

Describe the purchased lot

Send the lot link or number, VIN, yard address, vehicle dimensions and destination city. Report missing keys, steering problems or damage that affects loading. A price based only on the auction name cannot account for a remote collection address or special equipment. Attach recent condition information when available.

Arrange auction authorization

Copart publishes a third-party transporter process in its collection guidance. Follow the instructions for the account and location handling your purchase, and confirm that the assigned transporter receives the authorization. Auction payment and release remain auction decisions; a FleetX transport request does not remove a hold on the vehicle.

Connect collection to the ocean leg

Ask FleetX to identify the proposed ground destination, ocean option and delivery endpoint together. Confirm document readiness, handling acceptance and who organizes arrival clearance. Keep auction charges and destination charges visible even when they are outside the transport quote. Copart branding identifies the purchase source and does not imply a FleetX partnership.
